All licenses are personal, non-transferable, and non-resellable. Sharing, redistributing, leaking, reverse-engineering, or reselling any of our products or files is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
Access duration begins from the moment of license activation, not from purchase. Downtime due to game updates, anti-cheat updates, or maintenance does not extend or refund subscription time, but we make our best effort to minimize downtime.
You agree not to abuse our staff, services, or community. Harassment, threats, fraud, chargebacks, or attempts to bypass our systems will result in a permanent ban from all current and future products with no refund.
Clutch shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to game bans, hardware bans, data loss, or financial loss.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
