All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that licenses, loaders, and guides are delivered immediately upon verification, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund, partial refund, credit, or replacement for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Game updates or anti-cheat updates causing temporary downtime
• Account, hardware, or platform bans resulting from product use
• Incompatibility with your system if requirements were not reviewed before purchase
• Change of mind, accidental purchase, or no longer wanting the product
• Failure to read product details, features, or compatibility information

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all current and future Clutch products and services, with no possibility of appeal.

Downtime Policy

Subscription time is not refunded or extended for downtime caused by game patches or anti-cheat updates. We aim to restore service as quickly as possible — usually within hours.
